Job Description
- Generate sales revenues providing support to existing Key Accounts and collaborating with their sales teams on end-user visits and demonstrations to facilitate deal closures;
- Develop new business channels in the territory;
- Provide close advice to existing and new customers, providing documentation, trainings and any other support they may need;
- Work closely in the territory to increase brand visibility and exposure;
- Evaluate customer requirements; share feedback with R&D team;
- Develop a complete and expert knowledge of Shining 3D’s hardware and software products in order to demonstrate products to key individuals and organizations for marketing and sales purposes (trade shows, workshops, roadshows, courses etc.);
- Collect customers requirements and meet customer needs;
- Work closely with Marketing department, to define marketing plans in order to improve sales results and brand awareness in local markets;
- Find potential KOLs and develop with them an ads plan;
Identify additional sales opportunities outside of traditional channels; - Work as part of the sales team to generate ideas for company sales opportunities, processes and systems;
- Act as point of contact and provide sales support to potential customers during the evaluation period;
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales performance goals as required.
Job Requirements
- 2 years in Dental Reseller management, preferably digital dentistry sector.
- In-depth knowledge of local regulations, regarding quality and medical devices.
- In-depth knowledge of the territory and competitors.
- Organizational skills and proactivity.
- Native English speaker.
