Easily save and reuse customized scanning settings with the new "Scanning Templates" feature. Export and import templates to quickly optimize your setup for different scanning tasks, reducing the need for repeated adjustments and ensuring consistency. 2. Global Markers Coordinate System for Precision Scanning

FreeScan v2.1 lets you set and save a coordinate system aligned global markers file, eliminating the need to adjust coordinates with each scan. This ensures consistent alignment and boosts efficiency for repeated scans in the same scene.

3. Enhanced Hole Filling Options for Better Control

FreeScan v2.1 now includes "watertight" and "semi-watertight" options. "Semi-watertight" fills holes up to five times the resolution, while "watertight" fills all holes, offering more control over your model's final output.

4. Improved Integration with Sketchfab and Enhanced Model Display

FreeScan v2.1 now remembers your Sketchfab login for easier uploads. We've added automatic model rotation for effortless data display and an object mover tool for simple data manipulation in 3D scenes.

5. Scan in Point Cloud for Efficient GPU Usage

After enabling the scan in point cloud, the point cloud data will be displayed during the scanning process, thereby reducing GPU memory consumption.
