This groundbreaking addition creates the first dental technology category in the WorldSkills competition’s 75-year history, cementing SHINING 3D’s two-decade legacy of driving digital transformation through its Go Digital philosophy across the industrial and healthcare sectors.

Bridging Industry and Dentistry

As the proposing organization, SHINING 3D presented the competition framework during WorldSkills' virtual conference, outlining modules for intraoral 3D scanning, prosthetic design, and precision CAD/CAM manufacturing. The competition directly addresses the surging global demand for digitized dental solutions while establishing standardized skill assessments for the industry.
