Application Engineer - Dental (Remote)

Your tasks:

Evaluation of the customer's application requirements.
Preparation of the necessary technical documentation for tenders and customer projects as well as extended application-specific support and technical advice.
Support of the customer via remote maintenance or on site. On-site event support. Carrying out product demonstrations in webinars, roadshows and at trade fairs.
Creation and implementation of training programs for customers and internal employees.
Support the sales team in identifying problems and clarifying technical issues in the EMEA region (pre & after sales).
Carry out repairs, maintenance and servicing of 3D scanners and 3D printers (DLP & LCD)
Create manuals, instructions and documentation as required to support sales, customer service and dealers.
ollecting and passing on information about own products and feedback from customers to the company

Experienced in the dental field;
Digital expert, good knowledge of technology, also small experience with 3D printers;
Good attitude towards dealing with customers;
Willingness to travel;
Fluency in written and spoken French and English;
Above all: desire to learn.
