Dental Account Manager (Remote)

Job Description

  • Generate sales revenues providing support to existing Key Accounts;
    Develop new business channels in the territory;
  • Provide close advice to existing and new customers, providing documentation, trainings and any other support they may need;
  • Work closely in the territory to increase brand visibility and exposure;
  • Evaluate customer requirements; share feedback with R&D team;
  • Develop a complete and expert knowledge of Shining 3D’s hardware and software products in order to demonstrate products to key individuals and organizations for marketing and sales purposes (trade shows, workshops etc.);
  • Collect customers requirements and meet customer needs;
  • Work closely with Marketing department, to define marketing plans in order to improve sales results and brand awareness in local markets;
  • Find potential KOLs and develop with them an ads plan;
    Identify additional sales opportunities outside of traditional channels;
  • Work as part of the sales team to generate ideas for company sales opportunities, processes and systems;
  • Act as point of contact and provide sales support to potential customers during the evaluation period;
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales performance goals as required.

 

Job Requirements

  • 5 years in Dental Reseller management, preferably digital dentistry sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of local regulations, regarding quality and medical devices.
  • In-depth knowledge of the territory and competitors.
  • Organizational skills and proactivity.
  • Native French speaker.
