Dental Application Engineer (Remote)

Base: Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh City

Job Description

Technical support for pre-sales, in sales, and after-sales of products, provide timely and effective technical services for end users and resellers;
Reseller support: improve reseller technical capability, including daily technical support, reseller training, and technical personnel training, to enhance agent technical service capabilities;
Establishing effective contact with reseller to timely obtain and respond to their technical needs;

Support on-site activities such as exhibitions and roadshows organized by the company and resellers, showcase, and explain the functions of the company's products;
Support the company's external market promotion and technology related content creation;

Product feedback: receive product feedback from the client and promptly provide feedback to relevant departments and colleagues;
Product testing support: testing new features of company products, and providing feedback;
Production and sharing of product technical information to meet the needs of both internal and external parties for product technical information.

Dental major is preferred, requiring mastery of dental related knowledge;
Possess knowledge of device software and hardware, and have a certain ability to handle software and hardware problems;
Possess good language expression ability, able to provide good training and information sharing to customers;
Unlimited work experience, proficient in Vietnamese& English listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
Proactive and responsible in work, with a spirit of research, ability to summarize and analyze, strong learning ability, communication skills, and teamwork.
