Job Description
- Strategic Planning and Execution
(1)Developing Sales Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objective for digital dental business.
(2)Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competition, and customer needs within the North American region to identify opportunities for growth.
(3)Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and set performance goals to drive the team towards achieving targets. - Team Leadership and Management
(1)Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales managers and representatives to achieve high performance.
(2)Training and Development: Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
(3)Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing regular feedback and coaching. - Client Relationship Management
(1)Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the North American market.
(2)Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving customer concerns and issues promptly. - Financial Management
(1)Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve sales objectives.
(2)Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base. - Reporting and Analysis
(1)Sales Reporting: Generate regular sales reports to provide insights on performance, market trends, and forecasts to senior management.
(2)Data Analysis: Utilize sales data and analytics to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies as needed. - Cross-functional Collaboration
(1)Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer engagement.
(2)Product Feedback: Provide feedback to product development and R&D teams based on market insights and customer needs. - Compliance and Risk Management
(1)Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
(2)Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with sales operations in the North American region. - Innovation and Improvement
(1)Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the sales team, encouraging innovative ideas and practices.
(2)Market Expansion: Identify and explore opportunities for market expansion within North America.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in marketing, international trade, business administration;
- 8 years of marketing or sales experience, 5+ years of sales management experience, with rich sales experience in dental industry;
- Strong market awareness, adaptability, leadership and the ability to independently develop the market;
- Familiar with the international trade workflow, relevant laws and regulations and commercial guidelines;
- Good business negotiation skills, strong interpersonal communication skills, good at learning new knowledge, mastering new information, innovative thinking and working methods;
- Proficient in English, fluency in Spanish is a plus;
- Ability to travel up to 35%.
